• We request that you arrive promptly for you visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible (856-778-4700).
• If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Without a cancellation, there is a No Show Fee $40.
• Please bring all insurance information including insurance cards and, if necessary, your HMO referral.
   

BILLING, INSURANCE AND FEES

Obstetrical Fees

At your first office visit, your insurance information is obtained and benefits are verified soon after.  Any information that we have regarding benefits is quoted to us by your insurance company.  We recheck your maternity coverage one month prior to your due date to verify that the insurance is the same.  If the insurance policy has changed, we will inform you as soon as we are told the new benefits.  It is imperative to inform the front desk of any insurance changes throughout your pregnancy.  You may receive a statement with your financial obligations along with a payment plan.  Our staff will meet with you at an upcoming office visit to review the plan and answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions prior to that, please contact our billing department 856-778-4700.  We appreciate your cooperation

Laboratory Fees

Pap smears and pathology services will be submitted to your insurance company by the laboratory that your insurance specifies.  Please contact the customer service number on that statement with any questions regarding the statement. If permitted by your insurance plan, some testing may be processed at our Regional Women’s Lab located in Marlton, NJ. Any balance for these services will be listed on your billing statement from our office. If you have any questions regarding payment or denial from your insurance plan for testing processed at Regional Women’s Lab, please call 856-669-6025 and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Day or night, we can be reached 24 hours a day seven days a week.  IF YOU ARE IN A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY AND CANNOT REACH US IMMEDIATELY, CALL 911 FOR HELP.
